Here is a Sales Meeting Sample Agenda. Take note that there is a logical sequence as we move through the subject matter. The initial material creates a greater desire as it builds and encourages salespeople to learn more about the main subject of the meeting and shows the relationship between the main subject and the entire process.
Sales Meeting Sample Agenda Sequence
Sales Meeting Sample Objective: Improve each salesperson’s closing skills.
Item 1 (3 minutes): Go over recent sales trends showing a need for closing more sales by improving skills.
Item 2 (3 minutes): Review the steps in a sale (i.e. attention, interest, desire, action)
Item 3 (20 minutes): Drill down on number four (how to close, or how to prompt action).
Item 4 (15 minutes): Demonstrations or roll plays on trial closes.
Item 5 (5 minutes): Summary, encourage application in the field, inspirational close.
As you can see, items for the agenda should be arranged in logical sequence. For example, tips on approaching the customer are placed before methods of presenting the product to the customer, etc.
