I was sitting here in Las Vegas and I thought of 2 things, 1. If I get in trouble, I’m calling you… and 2. People buy solutions, not products. People don’t really want aspirin, they want relief from a headache, they don’t want a drill, they want a hole.  Focus on providing solutions to their problems not products.
